FLOW provides professional pond and water feature maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair services for ponds, waterfalls, fountains, and other water features. Each appointment reserves dedicated time with our team to evaluate your water feature, identify potential issues, and recommend the best solution.
Service Appointments: Appointment fees are collected at the time of scheduling to reserve your service date and are non-refundable once confirmed. Any additional repairs or materials needed will be discussed based on the condition of your water feature.
Travel: Our standard service rates include travel within 10 miles of our Corona office. For properties beyond this area, additional travel is billed at $3.50 per mile, per vehicle.
Includes up to one hour of on-site service for pond and water feature maintenance, troubleshooting, diagnostics, minor repairs, adjustments, and equipment replacement.
If we can complete the repair during the initial visit, no additional appointment fee applies. Labor beyond the included hour, along with any necessary parts, materials, equipment, rentals, or specialty services, is billed separately.
Our goal is to diagnose the issue efficiently, explain your options, and get your water feature back up and running whenever possible.
If additional parts are needed or the repair cannot be completed during the initial visit, we may schedule a return appointment. The return service includes up to one hour of on-site labor to continue or complete the recommended work.
Additional labor beyond the included hour, along with any necessary parts, materials, equipment, rentals, or specialty services, is billed separately.

Construction Leadman ......... $100/hr
Construction Laborer .............. $75/hr*
*Laborers must be accompanied by a Foreman for landscaping maintenance tasks.
Principal / Designer ................. $200/hr
Service requested with less than 48 hours’ notice is subject to availability and billed at 2× our standard service rates.
Any materials, parts, or equipment required to complete the work are billed separately at cost plus 20%.
