Send us an email at info@flowlandscape.com with a short description of your project and 2–3 photos or a short video of the area you’d like us to look at. Whether you have a rough idea or a clear vision, that’s all we need to get started.

We’ll follow up to schedule a free phone consultation where we’ll discuss your goals, answer questions, and try to provide a rough price range based on our understanding of scope and conditions.

We meet you on-site to bring the vision into focus.

If things align after the initial call, we’ll schedule an on-site consultation to walk the space with you, assess layout and access, and talk through design direction, materials, and logistics.

We’ll cover:

• Natural layout and flow possibilities
• Rock, equipment, and material options
• Elevation, water volume, and construction approach
• Build timeline and any prep needed

Consultation Fee: We charge a flat fee for this visit, which covers time, travel, and professional design input. If you move forward with a construction contract, this fee is credited towards the cost.

We confirm your build and get everything in motion.

Once the proposal is approved and your deposit is received, your project is officially in our queue. As we get closer, we’ll confirm your start date and go over any access or prep requirements beforehand.

We keep our construction focused—we build them one at a time, so when it’s your turn, your project gets our full attention.

We arrive on-site ready to build. Every project begins with a quick layout review to confirm design direction, then we get to work: excavating, shaping, placing stone, plumbing, and fine-tuning water flow.

We treat every build as if it were our own yard—careful craftsmanship, attention to detail, and respect for your property come standard.

We make sure you’re confident with your new feature.

Once the feature is complete, we’ll walk it with you and go over everything—from how the system works to seasonal care basics.

We’ll also answer any questions so you feel completely at ease. And we'll always be a call or click away.
