Do you have a vision for your yard? Let’s discuss your ideas. 

Please send us 2–3 photos (or a short video) of the area you’d like assessed for your installation, along with a brief description of the water feature design you envision. We’ll follow up to schedule a free phone consultation where we’ll talk about your goals, answer any questions, and provide a rough price range based on our understanding of the scope and conditions.

 We meet you on-site to bring your vision into focus.

After the initial call, we’ll schedule an on-site consultation to walk your property, evaluate access and site conditions, and explore the best design direction for your pond or water feature.

We’ll discuss:

• Natural layout, placement, and water flow
• Boulder, rock, equipment, and material options
• Elevation, water volume, and construction approach
• Site access, logistics, timeline, and preparation

Consultation Fee: We charge a flat fee for the on-site visit, covering travel, site evaluation, and professional design input. If you move forward with FLOW for your pond or water feature construction, the consultation fee will be credited toward your project.

Your Project Goes Into Production

Once your proposal is approved and deposit is received, your pond or water feature project is officially added to our construction schedule.

As your start date approaches, we’ll confirm site access, materials, logistics, and any necessary preparation so everything is ready for a smooth installation.
