We do offer maintenance and repair services for ponds and water features we didn’t originally install. However, because we don’t know how the feature was built or what’s "under the hood" until we inspect it, service work is performed on a Time & Materials basis.
This means we bill for the actual time spent and materials used, rather than providing a flat estimate upfront. Some issues only become clear once the system is drained and exposed, so this approach ensures flexibility and fairness for both sides.

We’ll review your submission and let you know if we’re able to take it on. While we’d love to help everyone, we may not be the right fit for every project. Our team is intentionally small and highly specialized—we don’t hire just anyone. This helps us maintain the high level of quality our clients expect, though it also means our availability or scope of expertise may sometimes be limited.
We understand that submitting photos, providing background details, and working on a time and materials basis may feel like extra steps — especially if you're just trying to get your pond or waterfall working again. So why go through it?
Because when you choose Flow Landscape, you’re choosing a reputable, highly rated, quality-driven team that specializes in building and maintaining water features. We take pride in doing things right — not just fast — and that means being thorough from the start.
Many pond issues are symptoms of deeper design or construction flaws. Our process helps us better understand the situation, so we can give you realistic expectations and deliver lasting solutions — not quick fixes that fail again in a few weeks.
We don’t want to guess. By reviewing your photos, video, and background info first, we can:
If quality, professionalism, and lasting results matter to you — we think the extra steps are worth it. And we’ll make sure you feel the difference.

We offer regular pond and water feature maintenance on a weekly or bi-weekly basis — but only after completing an initial clean-out.
This ensures we start with a clean, functional system and gives us a clear understanding of your feature’s condition. Once that’s done, we can offer consistent, reliable service to keep your pond looking and performing its best.
