One of the things that sets FLOW apart is our commitment to focusing on one construction project at a time. Once we begin your pond or water feature, our goal is to remain focused on your project through completion rather than dividing our construction team between multiple installations.

Because we also provide ongoing maintenance and service for existing clients, members of our crew may occasionally step away for a scheduled service visit, typically once or twice per week. These visits are generally brief.

Aside from these existing service commitments or unforeseen circumstances, we do not begin another construction project while yours is underway.

We’re excited to bring your pond or water feature project to life. Before construction begins, we want you to know what to expect while our team is working on your property.

The following information outlines important details about the construction schedule, site access, installation process, and jobsite expectations to help your project move as smoothly as possible from start to finish.

Our typical construction schedule is Monday through Thursday, from approximately 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Working four longer days allows our team to stay focused and productive while your project is underway.

Start and finish times may vary depending on the season, available daylight, weather, project conditions, and local requirements.

Construction can be messy—at times, it may feel like a bomb went off in your yard, especially on an active construction site.

You can expect:

- Excavated soil, rocks, and materials staged around the property 

- Equipment, tools, and construction materials on site 

- Temporary pathways and work areas 

- Changing conditions as the construction schedule progresses 

While we make every reasonable effort to keep the jobsite organized and safe, our priority is building your water feature installation correctly rather than making the site appear finished each day. As construction progresses, things often look worse before they look better.

At the end of each workday on an active construction site, we will: Organize materials as much as practical, and leave safe access to your home whenever possible. 

While a perfectly clean jobsite each evening may not always be realistic during the water feature installation process, we strive to maintain a safe and professional work environment that aligns with our construction schedule.

Every project and property is unique. Underground utilities, unforeseen soil or site conditions, weather, material availability, inspections, or client-requested changes may occasionally affect the construction schedule.

If we encounter anything that may impact the scope, timing, or progress of your pond or water feature project, we’ll communicate with you promptly, explain the situation, and discuss any necessary next steps.
